A nice wide legged culotte, with some brass coloured studs along the hips and a comfy linen-cotton blend makes these quite the Alice McCall piece. It is in very good condition overall, though there are marks as pictured and the fabric does feel worn as supposed to the nice crisp texture an unworn piece would have.
